Backroom guidelines & Catering Menu
  • Tables will be reserved for your event, but the room will stay open to the public as The Harvests’ Order Window is in the backroom.
  • There is no fee for the reservations.
  • We DO NOT allow underage parties. (Children's birthday parties, kids, sports parties)
  • We DO NOT allow the use of Confetti/Glitter.
  • Nothing is to be hung on the walls with nails/screws.
  • You are permitted to bring in table covers and decorate tables.
  • We try to set up the tables to accommodate the number of people we have been provided with when booked. If the number changes, please let us know. Also, before rearranging the tables in the room, please ask an employee from Four Seasons/The Harvest.
  • We do have additional plastic folding tables & chairs. They may be set up but MUST be taken down and put away after your party. Again, please ask an employee from Four Seasons/The Harvest.
  • All Food MUST be provided by The Harvest & Catering info MUST be submitted atleast two weeks before your event. Sooner is always preferred.
  • All Alcohol MUST be purchased from Four Seasons Brewing Company. All Alcohol service will be at the bar. We have several options for your event, Cash Bar, Open Bar, or a hybrid such as your guest will receive their first beverage on your tab, after that it would be a cash bar. Please reach out with any questions about this.
  • NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks MUST be purchased from Four Seasons. Pitchers of Ice Water will be provided for your event.
  • You are permitted to bring Cake, Cupcakes, Cookies, but WILL need to provide your own Plates & Utensils for dessert.
  • If you require extra tables for Cake, Cookies, gifts, etc., please inform us before your party. We have plastic folding tables we prefer you to use for this. We will have them set up before you arrive.
  • Please respect the barrels and other equipment in the back and do not place anything on top of or around those items.
  • Children MUST be supervised at all times!!
  • You will receive two separate bills, one from Four Seasons for the drinks (which will be paid at the bar) and a second bill from The Harvest Kitchen for the fo
